Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. We will gladly provide a refund on any of our products due to any misrepresentation on our part as to the description of the product. Any product being the subject of an approved claim must be returned at your own cost.

To receive a refund, you must first email:
sales@trueorganicskincare.com.au providing the details of your claim, your order number, and email address relating to that order. Upon acceptance of your claim a Claim Reference No will be provided which must be included with the returned product.

Refunds can only be issued to the form of payment used to pay for the order, and will only be completed upon return of the product, which must be accompanied by the Claim Reference Number provided.
