Our shipping costs are fixed for Standard Post at $4.00 and for Express Tracked Post at $7.00. Delivery times will vary based on location, however, the average delivery times are:
Australia: 3 to 5 working days.
New Zealand: 5 to 9 working days.
Express Post delivery times of:
Australia: 2 to 3 working days
New Zealand: 3 to 5 working days.
Subject to availability of stock, every endeavour is made to process and dispatch orders within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt, or if possible, on the same day. An email confirmation and tracking number will be provided as soon as your package is dispatched.
Backorders will be accepted with goods on backorder usually shipped within 10-14 days.
Our delivery partner for the delivery of all orders is Australia Post. We cannot be held responsible for any delays with the service provided by Australia Post but will provide our customers with every assistance to resolve any issues arising with delivery.
